The Partnership is in the process of building a new website, which will go live later this fall. Until then, we will be using this site to provide updates about our annual conference and other activities.
Here, you can find information on the 2014 Partnership to Cut Hunger & Poverty in Africa conference: Empowering Africa’s Future: Building Infrastructure and Agribusiness through Public-Private Partnerships: October 6-7, 2014 – Washington, D.C., in addition to forum registration.
The Partnership is proud to announce Forum sponsors:
The event will bring together public, private and civil sector leaders from Africa, US and around the world to discuss opportunities for collaborative and inclusive public and private investments that will unleash and sustain Africa’s economic growth potential into the future. Lessons learned from other regions of the world will be reviewed and their application in Africa examined. The event will kick-off a multi-year series of activities including a major Partnership focus on identifying successful models and institutional and policy frameworks for strengthening these partnerships in Africa’s agro-based economies.
The Partnership to Cut Hunger and Poverty in Africa is a non-partisan, non-profit membership organization made up of US and African leaders, technical experts, and practitioners who are committed to improving the level and effectiveness of US public and private investments in sustainable, Africa-led, agriculture-based economic growth in Africa.
